Product Description

Red Tilapia is a freshwater species with firm yet tender flesh and mild taste. Its meat holds shape well during cooking, suitable for steaming, pan-frying, braising, or pre-sliced hot pot portions.

Frozen using IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) technology, the product maintains freshness, color, and texture. Liquid nitrogen freezing can be applied for premium rapid freezing.

Shelf life: Up to 2 years at -18°C.
